Terms of Service
Legal regulations and cooperation agreement between artists and Oscar Music Group.
1. Distribution Rights License
The artist or copyright owner grants Oscar Music Group the non-exclusive (or exclusive, depending on the subscription tier chosen) right to distribute uploaded musical works to global digital music stores.
This license includes streaming, digital downloads, displaying lyrics, generating ISRC/UPC codes, and collecting royalties generated from streams and downloads.
2. Copyright and Ownership Warranty
You represent and warrant that you are the sole legal owner of the work, or hold valid written licenses for all musical elements (beats, vocals, lyrics) that you submit.
Oscar Music Group strictly prohibits uploading copyrighted material without authorization, bootleg remixes, or unauthorized AI voice clones. Violating accounts will be permanently banned and associated royalties forfeited.
3. Royalty Splits and Withdrawals
Royalties earned from music streams are calculated and reported monthly once Oscar Music Group receives statements from global partners (typically on a 2-3 month delay).
Earnings are distributed based on your account tier splits (e.g. free tier pays out 90% of royalties to the artist). Artists can request a withdrawal to bank accounts when the balance exceeds the minimum threshold.
4. Service Termination
Artists have the right to request takedowns of their releases and end cooperation with Oscar Music Group at any time by submitting a takedown request in the Dashboard.
Oscar Music Group reserves the right to terminate services or remove content immediately if suspicious artificial streams (bot streams), fraudulent activities, or valid copyright disputes from third parties are detected.
