2. How We Use Information
Your personal information is used to verify accounts, process royalty payments earned from distribution platforms, provide support, and communicate regarding service requests.
Music files and metadata are delivered to global music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok...) to publish your tracks and collect royalties.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Oscar Music Group only shares necessary information with Digital Service Providers (DSPs) and copyright control databases (Content ID) directly to facilitate distribution and protect your rights.
We strictly guarantee never to sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to any advertisers or unrelated third-party entities.
4. Artist Rights and Access
You have the right to access, edit, or request deletion of your personal data and account at any time via the Oscar Music Group Dashboard or by contacting support.
Please note that account or release deletion requests might take a few business days to fully process and take down content from external stores.
